One image is one download, whatever you take of it.
- A download is counted the first time a finished file of an image reaches you.
- After that, every file of the same image is free: another format, another size, the same file again, or a new file after you change the colors. This holds for as long as the image is kept (24 hours), even on the next day and even when today's downloads are used up.
- A file that fails to build is not counted. Processing and editing are never counted as downloads.
- Uploading the same picture again starts a new image with a new link, and it counts again. Download every format you need from the first upload.
- Downloads you don't use don't carry over to the next day. Your downloads renew every 24 hours.
The monthly plan is switched on by hand.

Email [email protected] from your account's address and we reply with payment details, usually within one business day.
One month on
Once your payment arrives, we switch on one calendar month of unlimited downloads. Your account page shows the end date, for example "Unlimited until Nov 6, 2026".
No renewal
A month does not renew by itself: when it ends, you are back on the free plan, 5 downloads a day, until you ask again. If you ask before the end date, the new month starts where the current one stops, so no days are lost.
API credits
API credits work the same way: tell us how many you need and we reply with the price. Credits are added by hand once paid and never expire.
Questions about paying.
Can I get a refund?
A month that has been switched on is not refunded. Unused API credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase: email us from your account's address. The full rules are in the Terms, under Refunds.
How do I cancel the monthly plan?
There's nothing to cancel. The month ends on its date and does not renew. If you want another month, email us again.
Do API credits expire?
No. Credits stay on your account until you use them. A job that fails, that you cancel, or that a server restart interrupts costs nothing.
Can I get a receipt?
Ask for one in your email, and we send it with the payment details.
Do unused daily downloads roll over?
No. You get 5 downloads each day, and what you don't use that day is gone. Re-downloads of an image you already downloaded stay free while the image is kept.
What happens to my files when the month ends?
They are yours. Files you downloaded stay on your computer; only the daily limit comes back for new downloads.
Do API credits work on the web, or daily downloads in the API?
No. Credits pay for the API only, and the 5 free downloads a day are for the web only.
